Carbon fiber conductors are 10-20% lighter than conventional ACSR conductors, showing the advantage of lightweight carbon fiber conductors.

5, corrosion resistance, service life is 2 times higher than ordinary wire. The carbon fiber composite material is compatible with the environment, and avoids the problem of galvanic corrosion between the aluminum wire and the galvanized steel wire when the conductor is energized, effectively delaying the aging of the wire, and the service life is twice that of the ordinary wire.

6. The investment cost of the same capacity line is lower than that of ordinary wires. Due to the double capacity of the carbon fiber wire, and the high tensile strength, small sag, light weight and the like, the span between the rod and the tower is increased, the height is lowered, and the cost of the same capacity line is lower than that of the ordinary wire.

7, saving half of the consumption of aluminum. Calculated according to the annual consumption of 2 million tons of aluminum in the power circuit, it can save nearly 1 million tons of aluminum. It is of epoch-making significance in terms of protecting the environment and improving the human ecological environment.
